Why We Developed “Find It. Fix It. Prove It.”
From the moment EzeScan began, our mission has been clear: make work easier for our customers. Not by adding more tools, more steps, or more complexity - but by removing the friction that slows people down. Every product we’ve built has been shaped by that philosophy. We’ve always believed that technology should simplify tasks, not complicate them.
Over the past few years, one challenge has consistently risen to the top for organisations of every size: the growing burden of managing sensitive information. PII and PCI data are no longer neatly contained in structured systems. They’re scattered across emails, scanned documents, shared drives, collaboration platforms, and legacy archives. And the responsibility to protect that information has never been higher.
What we kept hearing from customers was simple:

That’s where the idea for Find it. Fix it. Prove it. was born.
